Welcome to Low Newbiggin House. It is without doubt the pearl of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. When you arrive you will discover for yourself why the estate is indeed a precious gem. We offer 3 separate accommodations in the estate, available to rent individually or together. Nestled in the valley of the river esk, it is located 1.5 miles down a private single track road which runs from a tiny village of Aislaby near Whitby. Forests of towering trees line a cliff face that extends to the top of the National Park nearly 300 metres above sea level. From the top you can see the rugged North East Coastline and an impressive silhouette of the famous Whitby Abbey and harbour mouth, which is linked to the days of Captain Cook. Whether you prefer a night out in an old English sea-port public house, chatting to the local fishermen and exchanging stories of old, or an evening in front of a log burning fire, soaking up the sheer privacy of the estate, Whitby and Low Newbiggin offers something for everyone.
